As an account manager, you are responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with both prospects and existing clients. You convince them to choose Tailormate through your expertise, enthusiasm and creative solutions.
• You are the face of Tailormate and act as the primary point of contact for our clients. You follow up on new inquiries and identify new opportunities.
• You manage price quotes from the initial contact to the signing of proposals. During project execution, you ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained.
• You work closely with our estimating department, which is responsible for cost calculations.
• Together with the sales team, you contribute to the further development of our interior construction department and strengthen our market position.

• You have at least a bachelor's degree in a technical field (such as construction, woodworking, interior design, architecture, business studies, etc.) or you have gained equivalent experience.
• You have several years of experience as an account manager or project manager, preferably in the construction sector.
• You represent the company with a professional and representative appearance. You are not deterred by evening networking events.
• You are organizationally strong, allowing you to maintain an overview of the entire sales process with multiple complex files running simultaneously.
• You are a strong communicator and have an eye for detail, as you process items such as bills of quantities and quotations.
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch language. Knowledge of French is a major plus.
