What is the job?

You are the driving force behind our day-to-day operations for the stand construction department and the person who makes our organization structurally stronger. You are a visible presence on the work floor and practice management by walking around: close to the people and the reality of the job. You support, provide guidance where necessary, and ensure that your team can work efficiently and that problems are resolved quickly.

• You support our project managers in their daily operations and monitor project progress, both operationally and financially. You bring structure to planning and follow-up, manage workload, contribute to solutions, and ensure smooth collaboration with other teams within our organization.

• You oversee the operations of our warehouses and monitor capacity. You ensure efficient logistical processes and contribute ideas for improvements in flows, layout, and resources so that peak periods also run smoothly.

• You monitor the quality, efficiency, and collaboration within our international exhibition construction teams. You track performance, embed improvements, and intervene when quality, agreements, or collaboration are under pressure.

• You are part of the management team and play a key role in the further professionalization and growth of Tailormate.

Who are you?

• You have a bachelor's- or master's level of thinking and are, above all, a quick, clear thinker who brings structure.

• You have technical insight. You don't need to be a specialist, but you understand how things are built and can quickly contribute to practical solutions.

• You are strong in structure and problem-solving. You don't just think in terms of solutions when things go wrong, but also in how to prevent problems through better organization and smart processes. No theory, just pragmatic action.

• You are a natural leader who supports and empowers their team. You stand in front of your people rather than behind them, remove obstacles, and grow alongside their success.

• You can switch between different leadership styles: directive when quick decisions are needed, supportive during busy periods, and participatory when we are building long-term improvements together.

• You feel at home in a dynamic project environment with tight deadlines, international projects, and the need for occasional flexibility outside of office hours. That pace and responsibility energize you.

• You are ambitious and want to make an impact. You see this role as an opportunity to take ownership, help shape our growth, and further develop yourself as a leader.

What do you get from us?

• You will become part of The Wolfpack, a close-knit team of over 50 passionate professionals. The great atmosphere continues after hours during our after-work drinks and team activities.

• You will work on challenging projects. No two projects are the same.

• You will join a company that breathes innovation: awarded by VOKA as Most Innovative Company (2021) and by UNIZO as SME of the Year Province of Antwerp (2025).

• You will have a key role in an ambitious and financially sound company.

• You can count on a competitive salary package including extra vacation days, meal vouchers, hospitalization insurance, eco-vouchers, a company car, fuel card, mobile phone plan, and a bicycle lease.
